We provide loving care for small/medium dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, and a variety of other small animals.
It’s simple—just fill out our service request form and let us know the dates, services, and times you need. We’ll take care of the rest!
Yes! Before caring for your pet, we’ll meet with you to review their routine. This is your chance to show us where everything is and share how you’d like your pet cared for.

If you need immediate care or feel a virtual meeting is sufficient, we’re happy to schedule a video call instead.

At this time, we do not offer that as a stand alone service. If you book another service with us, that may be a part of your structured visit.
Yes! We’re available on all holidays so you can relax and enjoy yours. Please note that holiday bookings may include a small additional charge.
For apartments, we hold your keys securely. For houses, please provide a safe option like a lockbox, hidden key, or share a door/garage code.
Gratuity is always appreciated—it’s a wonderful way to recognize the care and attention your pet sitter provides to your pet and home. You can add a tip to your invoice when you pay, or leave cash or a check for your sitter. Rest assured, 100% of your tip goes directly to your sitter.
You’ll receive an invoice through our secure billing system, once your reservation is confirmed. All clients are required to pay in full prior to your first visit. If you prefer, you can also pay with cash at the time of service.

  • Payment: we accept payment via credit card through our secure invoicing process. You may also pay by check if the check is received before services are rendered.
  • Payment Process: We will email your detailed invoice for your review. You can then let us know if any changes need to be made. You will need to pay your account 5 days before your departure.
  • Refunds: We don’t offer refunds, but eligible cancellations earn a credit for future pet care. Credits expire in 6 months. Services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to qualify.

Policies and Procedures Continued

  • Cancellations: We never overbook, so your reserved time is guaranteed. Cancellations require notice: Pet sitting—5 days (non-holiday) or 2 weeks (holiday). Holidays include major breaks and Nov 15–Dec 30. Early returns may not be refunded—please confirm dates before departure.
  • Last Minute Service: We’ll do our best to help with last-minute requests, but please wait for email confirmation before assuming availability. A $10 late booking fee applies to requests made within 24 hours or over the weekend for Monday service.
  • Registration Fee: A one-time $25 fee covers your registration and meet-and-greet with your sitter.

  • Confidentiality: Your privacy matters to us. We never share your information with third parties or use it for any purpose other than caring for your pets.
